Our Practice

Our practice is unique, with an emphasis placed on the comfort, convenience and confidence of our clients as we assist them with their legal needs. Our philosophy is to bring our law practice to our clients, rather than making them come to us. We provide an “at home” legal experience, beginning with the initial in-home consultation to discuss the goals and details of the estate plan, and concluding with the reviewing and signing of all legal documents. In addition we offer flexible hours, including evening and weekend appointments, making ourselves available to our clients at their convenience. Appointments may also be arranged in hospitals, rehabilitation and/or nursing centers to provide much needed services to our clients and their families who are experiencing a crisis.

Estate planning is a highly personal and private area of practice, requiring the skill and experience of qualified legal professionals to assure that the prepared plan carries out the intended wishes and desires of the client.
